Terms and Conditions for Vinyl Graphics and Window Frosting

• Acceptance of Terms By accepting this contract, you agree to the following terms and conditions for the installation of vinyl graphics and window frosting.
• Payment Full payment is due before the start of installation. Payment can be made by Credit Card.
• Materials All materials used in the installation are of high quality and will be warranted for 3 months
• Installation The installation will be performed by a professional. The installer will take care to protect your vehicle or property from damage.
• Warranty The installation is warranted for 3 months against defects in materials and workmanship. If any defects occur during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected materials at no charge.
• Damage We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle or property that occurs during the installation process. This includes damage caused by:
  • Improper installation
  • Defects in the materials
  • Acts of God (e.g., hail, wind, etc.)
  • Please remove all items that may hamper or block the installation of the product.
• Liability Artistic Invasion and its installers are not responsible for any damage that is caused by the customer’s negligence.
• Cancellation If you cancel this contract within 24 hours of signing, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after 24 hours, you will be responsible for a cancellation fee of 50% of the total project cost.
• Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising out of this contract will be resolved through binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
• Changes Any changes from the original order that was submitted will incur a $10 change fee.
• Severability If any provision of this contract is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
